God created us to know Him, love Him, and live for His glory. Yet every one of us has sinned against God and fallen short of His holiness. Our sin separates us from Him, and we cannot save ourselves by our goodness, effort, or religion.
In His love and mercy, God sent His Son, Jesus Christ, to live the life we could not live and to die on the cross for sinners. Jesus rose again in victory over sin and death, so that all who trust in Him would be forgiven and given eternal life.

The Bible calls us to repent of our sin and believe in the Lord Jesus Christ. To repent is to turn from sin, and to believe is to trust in Christ alone as Savior and Lord. Salvation is a gift of God’s grace, received by faith.
When you trust in Christ, you are forgiven, made new, and brought into the family of God. Following Jesus means walking with Him in faith, growing in His Word, praying, worshiping with His people, and learning to live in obedience to His commands.
