What to Expect on a Sunday
Our worship service is shaped by God’s Word. Each week we gather to sing, pray, read Scripture, and sit under faithful preaching in a way that is intended to honor Christ and build up His church.
Preaching
Our preaching is always expository. We typically preach through entire books of the Bible, explaining themes and topics as they arise in the text, with the goal of helping you clearly understand and faithfully apply God’s Word to your life.
Music
Our music is primarily congregational, led by our Minister of Music and choir, with the goal of helping the whole church sing together in worship. From time to time, we also include special music such as choir specials, solos, or group presentations, and our sign team ministers periodically as well. We are always glad to welcome new choir members who desire to serve in this ministry.
What should I wear?
You will find that people dress in a variety of ways, from more casual to more traditional. We encourage you to come as you are. Our focus is on worshiping the Lord together.
How long is the service?
Our worship services typically last about an hour and 15 minutes, from 10:30 to 11:45 AM, and include singing, prayer, Scripture reading, and preaching.
What about my children?
We offer ministry activities and classes for children and students on Sunday mornings at 9:15 and Wednesday evenings at 5:50. These ministries are designed to teach God’s Word in a safe and caring environment. Our volunteers are committed to serving families well and helping children grow in their understanding of the gospel.
Nursery is available for children ages 4 and under.
